Midwest Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We provide top-quality heating, cooling, and ventilation services to both residential and commercial customers, and we’re looking for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering excellent work and customer service.

What You’ll Do
- Â Install, service, and repair HVAC systemsÂ
- Â Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling issuesÂ
- Â Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-upsÂ
- Â Communicate clearly with customers and team membersÂ
- Â Ensure all work meets safety standards and code complianceÂ
- Â Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle professionallyÂ
- Â Represent the company with professionalism at all timesÂ
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years HVAC experience preferred
- Â HVAC certification/license as required by Missouri or local regulationsÂ
- EPA Section 608 Certification required
- Â Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Â Excellent customer service and communication abilitiesÂ
-  Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordÂ
- Â Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitudeÂ
